Thank you for your fast response! I completely understand. However, if I might humbly recommend, it would be great if you could make all the blue on the site the same light blue as in “Leave a Reply” above. I find the darker blue in the text to have such little contrast that it is just about unreadable. Now, it may just be my monitor, but others may have this issue, too. I hope you can make it easier to read without compromising your ability to read it.

I can’t read web pages with white backgrounds. I need to have my face within a few inches of the screen and all that white light is too bright. So I prefer off-white fonts on a black background. My site’s color scheme is meant to share that experience with visitors. Perhaps I should make that explicit somewhere on the site.

I use Firefox with the NoSquint extension that allows me to override the color scheme for web sites that I visit (as well as set the default Full and Text Zoom levels).

Your photography is wonderful, very rich and beautiful. I came to your site because Google sent me to your iPad story.

I have one comment, though — your website is very difficult to read. The blue does not contrast enough against the black, and the yellow against the black is also hard on the eyes. I much prefer black against a white background. I realize you’ve been doing this for a long time, but this is just a suggestion!
