Early last week, I posted about the availability of large print and braille menus at Starbucks. I had heard about this on the web and the customer service folks at Starbucks confirmed it for me via email. Today, I had the chance to test this announcement personally.
While out running errands, I stopped by my local Starbucks. After ordering my regular coffee, I asked the barista for the large print menu. He know what I was talking about, which was a good sign, but did not know where it was. Gabriel, the barista and possibly the manger, went into the back office to find it. A few minutes later, he emerged apologetically without the menu. This Starbucks is only a few weeks old,so I am not surprised. According to Gabriel, the office was still disorganized from the move. He promised to find it or order another. So I will return in a week or so to try again.
Until then, you can use Starbuck’s beverages menu online as long as you d ont mind navigating all those drop down menus.
If you find this post useful or interesting, please consider buying me a cup of coffee.
