Discussing Strobist for the Visually Impaired

Following up on this morning’s post, Didactylos’ Strobe, I went to the Strobist forums on Flickr and posted a link to Didactylos’ Strobe. Since the Strobist community is big on do-it-yourself solutions. I have had numerous interesting response’s. You can see and participate in the discussion on flickr here.

There is some good advice on light meters. Instead of using the Strobist Light Meter, which involves guesswork and chimping, it ws suggested I actually test a real light meter. Also, there is some discussion of using rules of thumb to develop the proper intuition. Food for thought.
