Thanks. The email, print and views plugins were not so easy to install. I needed to edit several theme pages. I will be writing a post on why the print option (at least) should be integrated into WP for accessibility reasons.

Thanks so much for the info, Tim. "About the Site" is a great idea. I'm running between meetings now at work. I'll check it all out tonight.

I found the WP-Print instructions, so now it and a few other plugins are now working.

I have set up an 'about the site' page so tht anyone can see how I have set up WordPRess.

I am trying to get WP-Print working now. It is a bit tricky as you have to modify the theme. It does not help that the installation does not come with instructions. Let me know what you think.

The is a plug in call WP-Print, http://lesterchan.net/portfolio/programming/php/, that is supposed to reformat posts for printing. I have it installed, but can't find any link buttom/text for printing. The blurb: "Displays a printable version of your WordPress blog’s post/page. By Lester 'GaMerZ' Chan."

I also have Subscribe2, "Notifies an email list when new entries are posted. By Matthew Robinson." installed and Subscribe To Comments, "Allows readers to receive notifications of new comments that are posted to an entry. Based on version 1 from Scriptygoddess By Mark Jaquith".

Perhaps I shoudl try to put together a post on unintentionally accessible plugins for WP. Any suggestiosn?

Is there a good WP plugin to render pages as "printer friendly" -- minus the sidebar? That is a good accessibility feature for me, as it conserves eye-work and spatial memory, but it probably isn't considered accessibility in a technical sense.

p.s. Just noticed the "Notify me via email" feature for comments here. Is that a WP plugin?

Tim, you've made a lot more progress than I have in finding good WP plugins!
